ARNEL

What's up guys! I'm Arnel, Head Coach of WARCAT Strength! I am an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, certified USPA & USAW coach with a Strength and Conditioning Specialization.

 

I have competed in and won 1st Place and Best Lifter in the 93kg Powerlifting Weight Class. I have run 10 Spartan Races and earned Trifecta in 2016. I also have experience with time spent in Marine Corps Bootcamp.

 

I specialize in Strength building, particularly in the Bench, Squat, and Deadlift. I am also a huge advocator for simple exercises done perfectly at varying intensities.

 

My training style is Hardcore, Fun, and Fresh. Expect to be Master's of the Barbell and your own Bodyweight.

 

Fun Fact: I love listening to country. But ONLY in the summer.

 

 

 

ANTHONY

Yo! It's ya boy Tony comin' to ya live. I am a college graduate from CSU Chico with a bachelors degree in exercise physiology and a certified USAW Coach.

 

What I specialize in is bodybuilding and principles of strength and conditioning.

 

What you can expect from working with me is learning a variety of accessory exercises, training techniques for strength, size, functionality, correcting imbalances, how your body functions/works during exercises and more weight based workouts.

 

Fun fact: I'm old Gregg! JK, fun fact: I like to play the drums and long walks on the beach.

 

 

 

SPENCER

Hey everyone, I’m Spencer.  I am an engineer at a local solar company, NPC bodybuilder, and Cal Poly graduate.

 

I believe in approaching fitness and health with an artistic mindset, while applying engineering methodologies to optimize the human body for a given goal. Whether you want to get stronger, lose fat, or build muscle, if you can describe your goals to me, I can help you get there.

 

I’m a big advocate of mental toughness and pushing yourself to the limits. I think you don’t know how to win until you know how to fail.

 

I’m also a proponent of integrating healthy eating habits into your life in ways that are enjoyable and maintainable.

 

Fun Fact: I enjoy getting lost in the woods and trying to find my way back to a trail.
